Studio背景：

此次studio关注的是全球性的粮食问题，自第一次经济大萧条之后食物安全问题逐渐被设计师在设计理论研究中提出。随着历史及社会的发展，在时代的变迁中人类社会经历了数次粮食危机与物产价格的剧烈波动。而在未来，人类面临着更加严峻的粮食问题，联合国粮食集农业组织提出近年来全球饥饿人群人数急剧增长，同时随着进一步加剧的城市化进程，耕地进一步受到威胁。在城市化进程中，即将有百分之三十的人口数量将受到营养不良，肥胖症或者粮食不安全问题的影响。城市化在全球范围内成为粮食系统的最大的影响因素，而在城市环境中粮食危机是最为突出的挑战。如何更好的平衡耕地与城市用地的配比，如何重组粮食系统、可食用景观是否是危机中的机遇？这些都是值得探讨的问题。

Studio内容：

将围绕几个核心技能点 Mapping/Framework/ Layer/ Program / Landscape urban reformation / basic agriculture land-use planning / planting bed design，来组织逻辑并试图解决粮食议题的问题：

1. food availability粮食的可达性及产量保证

2. urbanization and food access城市化与食物流通

3. 景观基础设施与食物产量稳定性关系

4. 可食用景观的植物种类设计

课程目的:

1）理论：理解环境与粮食危机的课题背景

2）问题分析：分析出场地与课题的具体问题表现

3）策略：理解农业景观所需要的景观策略方法（包括土地管理，新的城市用地组织方式，农业生产新技术，新的景观基础设施设计，新的植物种植装置，可食用景观的植物选）

4）设计与评估：总体用地规划与其框架下的城市设计，关键性的场地细部平面图，代表性的装置与设施细部设计。最终新的农业产量的量化分析。

2. 生产性景观与水资源整合productive landscape & global crisis

3. 农业生产新技术与植物设计agricultural technologies & plant design
